yeah guys im shannon (africa nick name couse im from south africa at school...)

yeah im 15... and 6 foot... so yeah im a tall guy lolz

but yeah im just starting out with parkour and stuff but my mate and i have been trying to practise vaults and stuff like that... other then that im a real noob to parkour... so yeah nice to meet u guys and hope we have fun training together

If you want more Parkour experience come check out our two classes. Monday afternoons 5-6.30pm at the Upper Ross PCYC and Thursdays in Parks around Townsville West (pm me for more info on these and when you might be going...).

yeah ive heard of them from shadow so ty anyway and i plan to come on mondays... but i got to go to NZ for a week starting next week sunday... so ill be gone for that day.. and thursdays i got rugby union... so.. yeah lolz
