One Giant Leap , 26th September 2009
Hello All,
as part of a worldwide parkour jam occurring on this date, I have put the wheels into place and will be organising Townsville's Jam for this event.
The event is designed to pressure governments to sign up to an ambitious global deal to tackle climate change at the end of this year.
It’s our best chance yet of showing the world that parkour is a positive force in the local and global community.
We’re hoping to make this the biggest international jam ever staged, and so far a whole host of parkour communities around the world have signed up to be part of the event, including Russia, Spain, Australia, China, Egypt, Mexico, Spain, Kuwait, Indonesia and more, with more joining the movement every day.
If you're interested in attending, post back here

An amazing Jam John, can't wait to see some numbers on how many officially took part world wide. Big thanks to John for organising it and to both John and Nyagi for leading the Jam and making sure we all had a great workout mixed with plenty of fun and skills along the way.
