Hey guys, I'm back. I kinda vanished off the face of the earth for a while there. How has everything been going? I see I have a heap of topics to read and a lot of catching up to do.

I probably haven't really trained since the last time I saw you guys. I injured myself pretty badly and I might have to take it fairly easy this week when the guys come up from Brisbane.

I've had lots of doctor visits and work has been full on and I don't really want too go there too much. But I am here and just in time for the Parkour week. Woo. Very sad I won't be able to actually DO much, but it will still be a great learning experience.

Yeah got a few posts up lately but still pretty dead ( then again we only have like 15members ) Checkout the movie section in the admins forum if you looking for a good movie & feel free to request anything Razz

Sad to hear that happened just as the Winter Workshop started Sad

But I'm sure you'll have heaps of stuff to practice when you recover.
Had like 50-100 people turn up @ the session yesterday so looking forward to seeing how many come back for another intense workout Smile

Anyways mate I'm off to the Upper-Ross PCYC for today session so hope everything goes well & hopefully see ya there this-arvo Smile
