Apleins Weir ( aitkenvale )

Ok guys I know the last session was down the weir but works picking up a bit and i might get some time in 3weeks but until then i won't be able to do anything.
So instead of leaving it for a few weeks I'm going to run another month's session at Apleins

Every Wednesday I'm training down the weir all afternoon from 4pm - dark
Will be doing a lot of Vaults, Precisions, Rolls, Flips/Jumps, Balancing & Running.
Always Finishing with a game of Tag or Pig to tryout what we have just learnt.


Where: at the table on the hill, Annendale side.

Time: 4pm - Dark !


Starting of with a warm up, followed by some skill development ( 1 hour )
Training around the area on both sides (1.5 hours )
Quick game or 2 and a warm down ( 30mins )

Sorry guys i wont be able to make today either i gotta go do 2houses that were meant to be done last week =/, If I'm back by 5 I'll head down for another lil run but i don't like the chances of it.

Really sorry again guys but for tho's of you that do go i hope that you get to meet some new people and if your stuff trying to learn something don't feel embarrassed, just ask and I'm sure someone will help ya out

Anyways I'm heading down now to get some training in before 2pm
I'll also have to tweak the session maybe 4pm - ?, i thought i had it all worked out but works always changing like (clicks fingers) that.

OI, man, i can ride to the weir( from anndale) i saw ur vid, ok, i can go there, tell me a time and ill see ya there for some parkour, im 13

I'll be there every Wednesday from 3pm till when ever.
I normally stay for 2-4hours and will be either Aitkenvale side or Annendale side, I'm no more then 200m away from the weir so you'll see me

Alright, ill meet up on thr bridge if I can go, cause i dont know areas, but, yer, the one i saw on youtube, ill be on that bridge , If i can go. Cause I finish school at 3:10

Does anyone have any great spots that they train at ? ( this will be next months spot ) I'm thinking about giving the Kirwan area a go this month !

Places include Riverway, The park behind the Library & any spots in between
