Aitkenvale Jam - 10-01-2010

Hey guys, been a while since we've caught-up 
Going to have a big training session this Sunday around the Aitkenvale area.
Will be meeting at the Pcyc then heading over to the Tafe & if we got time, we'll check out Pimlico High too
Will be starting out with a 10min warm-up followed by some quadrupedal movements.
Then will be helping everyone learn atleast (1) vault before we head around the pcyc to try different things.
Most of the day will be just going around and trying things that we wouldn't normally try, to open our minds & eyes of our surroundings. Parkour is everywhere, you just gotta look.
MEETING: Aitkenvale pcyc
TIME: 2pm - 6pm (could go later)
BRING: yourself, water bottle, a body ready to sweat
Any problems or you want a friend, give us a call on 0466 461 067 lol
All are welcome to come. There's a shop just around the corner so bring money if you want to get a bite later. Sorry bout the wait everyone, been struggling financially the last few weeks

You're admin, be a little more professional.
Not sure if I'll be there or not Josh, getting ready for a big trip away to Melbourne next week. We'll see how the preparations go. Hartley was saying that there's some good stuff in and around the trees/tree trunks across the field from the PCYC - keep an eye out.

I was at the park from 2:30 until 4:45.

On google maps It still has 2 heatley parks.
We made the same mistake the first time, thats actully Lion's Park.
The heatley park were talking about it across the road from Heatley High School.

Everyone was at the real Healtey Park 
It was a pretty amazing turn out really. I think about 32, which is about the biggest we've ever had. Definately won't be at the Sunday Jam, have too many things on. Enjoy though.

Sorry guys I wont be there, still recovering from the Heatley/Heatly (whatever is spelt properly) jam. lol

yer same here Dave, But i think it was a good turn out for all those little kiddies' .
but yer i wont come to the 1 at Rolling Stone ( my quads are cramped ) and it's 2 far and too late for me to go out thier
