Australian Parkour Association.
Thought I'd quickly put down a note to everyone. Some of you know, some don't. Last week Hartley and I spent seven days training and living with the Australian Parkour Association down in Melbourne. We stayed and trained at the Trace facility as well as spending a lot of time in the city exploring and helping to run their regular classes.
This was an amazing experience and we're looking forward to bringing those new skills back and sharing them with Townsville traceurs. Hartley and I are now both qualified to run APA classes here so keep an eye out for that in the very near future.
