Gymastic Center for training
hi guys,
i was telling you that i am going to join gymnastics for a bit to help with my abilities
I'll give u the link here (Townsville Gymnastics)
when you click it, it will give you the times and location ( anne street Aitkenvale )
and all you have to do is email me or response and we'll make a day where we can train
( and make sure you tell them first up that you do PARKOUR so they don't get you into all the rings and stuff
PAT

Re: Gymastic Center for training
Oh alright, good to see you interested in building yourself up !
If you see any 'Strength & Conditioning' sessions feel free to come along as they are pretty hardcore (kinda like doing an hour in the gym within 5-10mins)
I done 5years of gymnastics, 2years of trampolining & completed a 6month break dancing course before i got started with free running ( thats the reason i'm soo good and have only been training hard for around 2-3years ) But i have a feeling you'll love it, it'll also change the way you look at 'moves' and will help you develop some serious skillz if you keep at it !
Also please don't double post, it's not really a rule here on tsv-pk but it tends to fill-up the forum pretty fast
Anyways mate looking forward to the outcome, keep us posted

I went there today. There were alot of little kids running around but they're thinking of making a gymnastics class for older guys.
