Ok someone had to do this sooner or later, even though you guys probs know anyway..

Specify the place time and date in the title.. including the month, so it doesnt get confusing.. for example Strand Run 25th may 10am.

usually, you just need to mention what people might need to bring, anything particular they should be aware of, times the sessions run til, and meeting place.
