Parkourpedia is an excellent resource, providing history, conditioning, and technical information about Parkour. Pretty much everything you need to know, even how to pronounce the techniques in French is there!

Finished perfecting the vaults ( and even 2vaults i made up ) now i'm learning all the vault names (in french).
I will be referring to any vault by there original (french) name from now on, so you guys will have to learn em or be stuck thinking "what the hell is josh going on about"
Nah i'm joking but seriously, everyone should checkout this site & just have a look through each section. It's well worth it
