TSV Parkour promotional vid

I was thinking we could get like a vid of some parkour on the strand (strand coz popular place, plus it looks really nice) or somewhere else to promote parkour in Townsville or parkour overall. Then, if Dave has some contacts who know people in the advertising industry, we could try and get it on tv.

We could have it as a jam then get as many peeps as possible. And with the more experience peeps they could do a vault or something over those tables at the strand. And we could incorperate newer Tracuers into it somehow maybe a small vault over the small wall at the rock pool???

Sounds good. But we really need to let people know that we actually try not to damage the surrounding environment because something happend before and it didnt turn out so well. We should also be more careful

We could do the classice '3 rules'?

1. Be safe
2. Be careful your surrounding environment
3. Have fun

something like an ad that regularly plays on tv ?
That would promote our art so much, we have the people & the filming crew to do it but the hardest part would be funding. I think it's like a few hundred for a min ad ( and we would want it to play at-least 5times a week )

I normally post in the 'chatroom' in the townsville paper & sometimes get Zinc (100.7) to say something about us

EDIT: Geoffry (Gigalo8) wants to meet us soon to do some filming, it'll promote us/the band + he gets to improve hes video skills & have some fun along the way. He's looking for a local band that wouldn't mind doing a 3min song for us, if anyone knows anyone

But he wants to get us doing some stuff at the riverway & the background to be sky ( so then he can put whatever background he wants in )
Will keep you guys posted about that, but any experienced tracuers that are interested please post here so we can get a count, we only need 5 or so !

Promoting parkour thats good idea. Theyve got a song with parkour in it for canberra. I saw the music vedios and there were a couple of people doing parkour and other stuff it was We have changed or something like that

Also we could do something with schools? Maybe we could go to different schools around townsville seeing as they are good spots. Although there is lots of faults with that Idea.

1. For school kids like Joseph, I etc. we'd have to ask the principle for permission. Also our teachers.
2. Teachers at the school might think it's too dangerous
3. We don't know how long we'll be around the schools in Townsville so we could say 3 days but actually be 7 (Relates back to number 1).

why dont we take the camera guy to PCYC for training and like show we are able to help people that dont kno anything about parkour or something? couse i think most people dont wanna do it becouse they 'dont' kno how to.. but its just a thought.

We can't. All the attendees will need parent consent and that'll be a heap of paperwork
